Moving Image Guest House is located on the main highway to Cradle Mountain off Claude Road into Deacons Close and is very well situated for the travelling public, and only a picturesque 40 minute drive from the Cradle Mountain World Heritage Area. The closest town of Sheffield is only 8 km away and is a perfect place to stock up on groceries, or just spend the day chatting to friendly locals and seeing the murals that Sheffield is famous for.
Sheffield and the Kentish district offer an abundance of activities and some of the best scenery in the North West of Tasmania.

The Guest House is built in a perfect location for viewing the face of Mount Roland close at hand from our property across the road. Mount Roland is a local landmark 1234 metres above sea level and can clearly be seen when arriving by Sea and Land. Within a short walking distance you can be at the Mount Roland Walking Track, where after climbing to the top, you can see spectacular views for many miles on a clear day.
